Power Dialing
The CollectOne Dialer can be configured to dial multiple numbers within a campaign and seamlessly passes good contacts to an available representative. Leveraging this functionality is an effective strategy for low-balance, high volume debt and aged paper.

Predictive Dialing
The CollectOne Dialer can be configured to begin dialing for a representative while that representative is engaged in a call. The CollectOne Dialer estimates the representative’s average talk time and pre-dials a call to reduce time between good contacts. A timeout can be flagged if the representative exceeds a specified talk time. |

Speed Dialing
Speed dialing is available at anytime to representatives on the CollectOne Dialer and allows a representative to speed dial a maximum of 10 telephone numbers per account with a single click.

Automated Messaging
The CollectOne Dialer can be configured to use a specified number of lines to dial a list of telephone numbers and leave a prerecorded message for that account number. Automated messaging can be conducted in concert with other dialing strategies.
The CollectOne Dialer allows up to 10 messaging campaigns to be automated at one time. Individual messages can be recorded for each campaign and campaigns can be generated in multiple languages. Leveraging this functionality is a great strategy for low balance debt.
